APPOINTMENTS

To serve you in a timely manner, we encourage you to call ahead for an appointment. Our appointment staff is available five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 816-221-6750. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

TEST RESULTS

If your visit includes any tests, the physician who ordered the test will contact you with your results as soon as they are available. We provide a copy of your results to the provider who referred you to Northland Cardiology.

NURSES LINE

If you have an urgent problem or question, call the office Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Our skilled clinical staff will assist you or will contact your cardiologist to review your healthcare concern.

PRESCRIPTIONS

At your office visit, please be sure to inform us of any cardiac medicine refills you will need prior to your next visit.

If you run out of a prescription between visits, please ask your pharmacy or mail order service to contact us. If you mail or deliver a prescription refill request, please allow ample time for processing so you don’t run out.
